Zoom Impressions needs to be more respectful of their customers. I had a 9:00 a.m. appt., it's now 12:16 p.m. and still no one has shown up or called.
Left service messages and no call back.
Would have prefered to do something else on a Sat. than wait on a NO SHOW

I suggest you DON'T DELETE all the negative comments from your website. Earlier in the week there were many negative postings in reference to you not showing up for scheduled appts. As of today those posting are not there, not one of them, and they have been replaced with glowing reviews! If you would do your job you wouldn't have to delete the truth and try and fool potential new customers.
